Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Google Play and can only be cancelled there — Play Store → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Mystra → Cancel. Cancel first, then delete.
The deletion happens immediately. You do not need to contact us.
Write to info@antaaistudio.com from the email address of the Google account you connected to Mystra, with the subject line "Delete my Mystra account". We will complete the deletion within 30 days and reply when it is done.
If you never connected a Google account, your account exists only on your own device and is not identifiable to us. Uninstalling the app is enough — see below.
The content of your readings is never stored on our servers, so there is nothing of it for us to delete.
Your journal — your past readings and notes — is stored on your device, not on our servers. Uninstalling Mystra removes it permanently. We cannot recover it for you afterwards.
