Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are billed by the store you bought them from and can only be cancelled there. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Mystra → Cancel. On Android: Play Store → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Mystra → Cancel. Cancel first, then delete.
The deletion happens immediately. You do not need to contact us.
Write to info@antaaistudio.com from the email address of the account you connected to Mystra, with the subject line "Delete my Mystra account". We will complete the deletion within 30 days and reply when it is done.
If you used Sign in with Apple and chose Hide My Email, write from that relay address — it reaches us the same way.
If you never connected an account at all, your account exists only against a random identifier created on your own device and is not identifiable to us. Uninstalling the app is enough — see below.
We keep no archive of your readings, so apart from that held reading there is nothing of their content for us to delete.
Your journal — your past readings and notes — is stored on your device, not on our servers. Uninstalling Mystra removes it permanently. We cannot recover it for you afterwards.
